Price
Indicative price

An indication tells you where the market is. A firm offer follows onboarding.

Get an indicative price.

Tell us the port, the grade and the quantity. We reply by email with an indicative range at current market levels and a reference number. When you are ready to buy, register your company and we come back with a firm offer and full terms.

How it works

Indication by email

Choose a port, grade and quantity. Where a current reference range is available it appears here, and the full indication follows by email with your reference number.

  1. Request an indication. It is free and commits you to nothing.
  2. Register your company. The documents we need are listed under Onboarding.
  3. Once your company clears onboarding you receive a client number by email.
  4. Send a firm enquiry with your client number. You receive a firm offer with price, payment terms and validity.

An indication reflects published market levels at the time it is prepared. It is not an offer and is not binding on anyone. A firm price is issued only after onboarding, once physical cover at the port is confirmed for your date.

Tools
Plan your stem

Three short tools. Each one can carry its answer straight into an enquiry.

Before you enquire.

Check which grade the voyage needs, what bunkering during the canal wait is worth to you, and whether your company is ready to be onboarded.

Is the vessel fitted with an approved exhaust gas cleaning system (scrubber)?
Where will this fuel be burned?
Will the vessel stay at berth for more than two hours in an EU port?

Guidance only, based on MARPOL Annex VI and the EU at berth rule. Confirm with the vessel's technical manager and flag requirements.

The short version

ACO Energies is the introducer. The supply contract is between you and the physical supplier, on their paper.

One buyer, one supplier, no chain in between.

ACO Energies arranges bunker supply for vessels wherever our supply partner holds physical cover. We deal with the owner, the charterer, the operator or the appointed technical manager, and with nobody in between.

2013Established in Cairo, marine fuels alongside crude, petrochemicals and gases
2Locations, Cairo and Jeddah, working in Arabic and English

Who we are

An independent energy brokerage established in Cairo in 2013, active in marine fuels, crude oil, petrochemicals, polymers and industrial gases. Registered under Commercial Register 65684 and carrying a Legal Entity Identifier.

What that means for you

Your contract sits directly with the physical supplier. Product, quality, quantity and payment are between you and them, on their paper and their credit. Our fee is paid by the supplier and is never added to your price.

Why the chain matters

Most bunker quotes travel through two or three resellers before they reach the vessel. Every link takes a margin and dilutes accountability, and when a quality or quantity claim arises, the vessel is left arguing with a trader who never touched the fuel.

We remove the chain. One introduction, one physical supplier, one set of documents.

Capacity
Broker and introducer. Never a producer, a physical supplier or a carrier.
Territory
No territorial restriction. Enquiries are welcome for any port on your trading pattern.
Counterparties
Vessel owners, charterers, operators and appointed technical managers, dealt with directly.
Our fee
Paid by the supplier under a separate agreement. Never added to the price you are quoted.

If a chain has already formed around an enquiry, we are the wrong call.

02
Scale

Scale matters here because bunker supply is a credit business as much as a fuel business.

The weight behind every stem.

An introduction is only worth what stands behind it. Ours is a physical supply network with its own cargo, its own delivery fleet and the balance sheet of a major energy group.

150Ports worldwide where supply can be arranged
30+Locations served by the supplier's own physical operations
25mTonnes of marine fuel delivered each year
50+Countries served across every major supply basin

Ownership

Cargo, storage and delivery sit inside one group and one balance sheet, not across a set of arm's length suppliers assembled port by port.

Delivery assets

Bunker tankers and barges operated by the group's own ship management arm at the locations where deliveries are made.

Trading and risk

A derivatives desk behind the supply, so bunker cost can be hedged and budgeted rather than absorbed as it comes.

These figures describe the physical supply network ACO Energies operates within, published by the supplier. They are not ACO Energies volumes, and we do not present them as such.

On the water. A laden crude carrier at anchorage. Bunker supply is arranged around the vessel's window, not the supplier's.
03
Supply

Physical means the supplier owns the barge that comes alongside your vessel.

Physical supply, not paper trading.

Bunker craft alongside during a ship to ship transfer
The delivery, not the paperwork. Bunker craft alongside during a ship to ship transfer. The supplier owns and operates the delivery infrastructure at the locations it serves.

ACO Energies conducts its marine bunkering activity under a broker mandate with a leading independent physical supplier of marine fuels, owned by one of the world's largest privately held energy and commodities groups. The supplier is named to counterparties once a mutual confidentiality agreement is in place.

The distinction that matters is physical. Our partner owns and operates the delivery infrastructure at the locations it serves, rather than reselling a cargo bought from somebody else.

Owned delivery fleet
Deliveries are performed by a dedicated in house fleet of bunker tankers and barges under the group's own ship management arm, which reduces dependence on third party craft and gives real control over the delivery window.
Cargo sourcing
Product procured in bulk in every major supply basin, rather than bought on the local market at the moment your vessel needs it.
Measured delivery
A patented delivery platform digitises the requisition and passes data between the parties in real time, alongside advanced metering at the locations where it is installed.
Quality accountability
Supply to ISO 8217 with samples drawn and retained at delivery, and a single named supplier accountable for what goes into the tank.
Credit and balance sheet
Backed by one of the largest privately held energy and commodities groups in the world, which matters when a term arrangement or a credit line is on the table.
Pricing and risk
Fixed price, index linked, or multi port lifting optionality across a trading pattern. Futures, swaps and options are available through the group's derivatives desk.

Spot

A single stem against a confirmed arrival window. Priced at the time of the enquiry, with the delivery mode and the barge window confirmed in the offer rather than left open.

Term

A supply arrangement across a trading pattern, with agreed pricing mechanics and lifting optionality between ports. Suited to fleets with a repeating route and a predictable annual volume.

Physical cover is a fact about a port on a date, not a claim in a brochure.

04
Reach

Availability is confirmed at nomination. We do not work from a standing port list.

Where we can put fuel on your vessel.

Our mandate carries no territorial restriction, and supply can be arranged across a network of roughly one hundred and fifty ports. Physical operations and regional desks are established in the areas below. Availability at any named port is confirmed before a price is issued.

We do not quote where our partner has no confirmed physical cover. If a port on your pattern falls outside the network we will say so rather than pass you into a reseller chain.

05
Edge

Every additional link in a bunker chain is a margin taken and a place for accountability to go missing.

What you get that a chain cannot give you.

The conventional route

Physical supplier+Trader+Trader+Broker+Your vessel

A margin at every plus sign, and accountability thinning with each handover.

Through ACO Energies

Physical supplierACO EnergiesYour vessel

Introduction and coordination. One contract, one supplier, one price.

Price integrity

Nothing is marked up in transit. The offer you receive is the supplier's own number, and our fee sits outside it under a separate agreement with them.

One accountable party

If a quantity or quality question arises, there is one named supplier who delivered the fuel, not a paper trail of resellers pointing at each other.

Principal level access

You deal with the chairman of the firm, not a rotating desk. Decisions on an account do not wait for an internal approval chain.

Ground presence in Egypt

Cairo based, working in Arabic and English with agents, terminals and the canal authority. On the Suez corridor that is the difference between a coordinated window and a missed one.

Structure, not just a price

Term arrangements, multi port optionality and access to a derivatives desk, so bunkers can be managed as a budget line rather than a series of spot shocks.

We decline cleanly

Where there is no confirmed physical cover, or where a chain has already formed, we say so rather than pass the enquiry along.

Products

ISO 8217 governs the specification. MARPOL Annex VI governs the sulphur limit.

Grades and specifications.

VLSFO, 0.50% sulphur
Very low sulphur fuel oil to ISO 8217, RMG 380 and heavier grades where required. The standard compliant residual fuel outside emission control areas.
HSFO, 3.50% sulphur
High sulphur fuel oil for vessels fitted with an approved exhaust gas cleaning system.
MGO, DMA
Marine gas oil to ISO 8217 DMA, for main and auxiliary engine use and for offshore units.
LSMGO, 0.10% sulphur
Low sulphur marine gas oil for emission control area compliance and port stay requirements.
Marine lubricants
Cylinder oils and system oils supplied alongside a stem where the location allows.
Carbon neutral fuel
A supplied stem paired with verified carbon offsets under the supplier's own programme, for operators managing reported emissions.
0.10%LSMGO and ULSFO
Emission control areas
0.50%VLSFO and MGO
Global cap, IMO 2020
3.50%HSFO
Scrubber fitted only

The Mediterranean has been a sulphur emission control area since 1 May 2025, with a 0.10% limit. Vessels taking fuel at Alexandria, Damietta or Port Said for a Mediterranean passage should plan for 0.10% fuel unless fitted with an approved exhaust gas cleaning system. The grade finder works through it.

Standards

All grades are supplied to ISO 8217 and in compliance with MARPOL Annex VI sulphur limits. Samples are drawn and retained at delivery in line with the applicable sampling procedure. Ultra low sulphur residual grades and alternative fuels are quoted where they are locally available, confirmed port by port rather than assumed.

Delivery modes

By barge, by pipeline at berth, by truck for small parcels, and offshore or at anchorage where the location supports it. The delivery mode is confirmed with the offer, not after it. Quantities range from small parcels for offshore and coastal units to full fleet stems for deep sea tonnage.

Every grade we quote is a grade confirmed available at that port, on that date.

07
Service

A commitment you cannot be held to is marketing. These can be held to.

What we commit to.

These are undertakings, not aspirations. If we cannot meet one on a given enquiry, we say so at the time rather than after.

Acknowledgement within three working days
Every enquiry is acknowledged within three working days, with a clear statement of what we can and cannot cover at that port.
Availability before price
Physical cover at the nominated port is confirmed before any number is issued. You will not receive an indicative price that later fails to firm.
Registration once
Counterparty registration and credit are opened once and then stand. Subsequent stems move straight to offer.
Window coordination
We work the delivery window with your agent and the terminal, and tell you promptly when a barge or berth position changes.
Documents chased
Bunker delivery note and sample custody are checked at completion, and outstanding documentation is pursued with the supplier on your behalf.
Claims escalated
A quantity or quality question goes straight to the supplier's operations desk with our support behind it, and we stay on the file until it is closed.
One point of contact
The same principal handles the account from enquiry to settlement, in Arabic or English, across the working day from the Asian close to the American morning.

What we will not do

We will not quote a port where physical cover is unconfirmed, add a margin to a supplier's price, participate in a chain that has already formed, or take an enquiry from a party who does not control the vessel's bunker decision. Each of those would cost you money or accountability, usually both.

Undertakings we can be held to, or we do not make them.

08
Process

Onboarding comes before any offer. It is opened once for your company, not for every stem.

How a stem is arranged.

The sequence below is fixed. It exists so that a price, once issued, is a price you can rely on.

What we need from you

Vessel name and IMO number, port, arrival and departure window, grades and approximate quantity, delivery mode, and the name of the party that will contract for the fuel.

What you receive

A firm offer with full terms from the supplier, written confirmation of the stem, a scheduled barge or berth window, and the bunker delivery note with the sample record at completion.

A price, once issued, is a price you can hold us to.

09
Counterparties

Disclose the operator to us in writing before any approach is made.

Who we deal with, and how.

We work with the vessel side directly

ACO Energies contracts and communicates with the party that controls the bunker decision: the registered owner, the charterer, the commercial or technical operator, or an appointed manager acting on written authority.

We do not build back to back chains, we do not buy from or sell to other bunker traders, and we do not accept enquiries passed through several hands. It is the only way the pricing and the accountability described in this document hold up.

Working with us as an introducer

We welcome partners who hold relationships with vessel operators and want to bring those requirements to us. The terms are simple and apply to everyone.

Disclose first
Name the operator and the vessel to us in writing before any approach is made. Registration is granted on the disclosure, so the order matters.
Written confirmation
We confirm within three working days whether the account is open to registration, or already held elsewhere. You will not be left guessing.
Mutual agreement
A reciprocal non disclosure and non circumvention agreement is signed before operational detail or pricing is exchanged in either direction.
One intermediary
A single party between ACO Energies and the vessel operator. We will not participate where a chain has already formed.
Fees agreed in advance
Your participation is fixed in writing on a per account basis before the first stem is nominated, not negotiated after a delivery is completed.
Direct access preserved
Where you hold the relationship, you stay in the loop on that account. We have no interest in going around the party who opened the door.

Where authority sits

Where a technical manager or an agent places the enquiry, we ask once at registration for the operator's written authority. It costs a single email and it protects every party if a claim later arises.

Owners and charterers

On a time charter the bunker decision usually sits with the charterer rather than the owner. We register the party that actually contracts for the fuel and record it on the file, rather than assume it.

Disclose first. Everything else follows from that.

10
Conduct

Broker and introducer only. Never a producer, a physical supplier or a carrier.

Compliance and standing.

Capacity
ACO Energies acts solely as broker and introducer under a broker mandate. We are not an agent of the supplier, we cannot bind the supplier on price or terms, and we are not a party to the supply contract.
Sanctions screening
Every counterparty and vessel is screened against European Union, United Kingdom and United States restrictive measures, covering the registered owner, the operator and the beneficial owner.
Vessel verification
Ownership, management and technical particulars are verified independently through Equasis and vessel tracking data before a nomination is submitted.
Confidentiality
Fleet data, trading patterns, volumes and pricing shared with us are treated as confidential and are not disclosed to other counterparties.
Anti bribery and corruption
Zero tolerance of bribery, kickbacks and facilitation payments, in the public and the private sector. ACO Energies has completed its supply partner's anti bribery and corruption training and has acknowledged the partner group's code of conduct.
Anti money laundering
ACO Energies never requests, receives or holds payment for fuel. Payment passes directly between the contracting party and the physical supplier, and every contracting party is identified through to its beneficial owners before a firm offer is issued.
Business conduct
The company maintains a code of business conduct and a health, safety and environment policy, both available to counterparties on request.
Governing law
ACO Energies engagements are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Tanker deck pipework
Verified before nominated. Every vessel is screened and verified before a nomination is submitted, and every delivery is documented to the same standard.
11
Onboarding

Start onboarding ahead of your first stem. A vessel's arrival window does not wait for paperwork.

What we need before a firm offer.

A firm offer is issued only to a contracting party that has cleared the supplier's counterparty due diligence. The pack below is the usual starting point. The supplier's compliance team confirms the final list for each counterparty and may ask for more.

CompanyWho the contracting party is

  • The supplier's KYC questionnaire, completed, with contact name, email and phone
  • Certificate of incorporation
  • Memorandum and articles of association
  • Official business register extract, dated within one year, showing the registered address and current status

OwnershipWho stands behind it

  • Shareholder structure up to the ultimate beneficial owners, signed and dated within one year
  • Passport or government issued ID for every shareholder owning more than 25%

BankWhere payment comes from

  • Bank reference letter
  • Payment from an account in the contracting party's own name

VesselWhat is being supplied

  • Vessel name, IMO number and flag
  • Registered owner, commercial operator and technical manager
  • Whether the owner or the charterer buys the bunkers

CreditOnly where a credit line is requested

  • Latest audited financial statements
  • Without a credit line, the supplier sets the payment terms, usually payment in advance

May also be askedDepending on the counterparty

  • Board resolution or power of attorney for the signatory
  • The operator's written authority, where a manager or agent enquires
  • Sanctions and anti bribery confirmations in the supplier's form
Official documents only
Registry documents must be issued by the registry itself. A statement or letter prepared by the company is not accepted in place of a registry extract.
Language
Documents that are not in English need an official certified English translation. A machine or self prepared translation is not accepted. A certified translation can take several weeks, so order it early.
Names must match
The legal name and registration number must read identically on every document. A discrepancy between a registry extract and a translation is the most common cause of delay.
Dated within one year
Registry extracts and the shareholder structure must be dated within the last twelve months. An older document is returned with a request for a new one.
Client number
When the supplier clears your company, we email you a client number. Quote it on every firm enquiry so it moves straight to offer.
Listed companies
A listed company with published filings can often be cleared largely from public sources.
Two reviews
Due diligence and credit are separate reviews by separate functions at the supplier. Clearing the first does not open a credit line.
How to send
By email to the Marine Bunkering Desk. Documents are passed only to the supplier's compliance and credit functions, for the purpose of onboarding.

The decision to register a counterparty rests with the supplier. ACO Energies prepares and presents the file and cannot approve a counterparty or waive a requirement.

Onboard once. After that, each stem moves straight to offer.

12
General terms

These terms cover the introduction. The fuel itself is sold on the supplier's own terms of sale.

General terms and conditions.

These terms apply to every enquiry placed with ACO Energies for marine fuels and to every introduction that follows from it.

Reference ACO/MBK/GTC/2026 · Edition of 18 October 2026
1About these terms

These General Terms are issued by ACO For Petroleum and Petrochemicals Services Co. Ltd., trading as ACO Energies, Commercial Register 65684, Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt.

They apply to every use of this website, every enquiry for marine fuels submitted to ACO Energies and every introduction made as a result. An enquiry can only be sent from this website after the client has ticked the acceptance boxes. Ticking those boxes, or instructing ACO Energies in writing in any other form, is acceptance of these terms. No signature is required.

2Our capacity

ACO Energies acts solely as broker and introducer. It does not buy, sell, supply, store, carry or take title to marine fuel.

ACO Energies is not an agent of the supplier or of the client and cannot bind either of them on price, terms, availability or delivery. It is not a party to any supply contract.

ACO Energies gives no assurance that a supplier will register a counterparty, issue an offer, or supply at any port or on any date.

3The supply contract

Any supply of fuel is contracted directly between the contracting party and the physical supplier, on the supplier's general terms and conditions of sale in force at the time. The supplier issues those terms with its offer, and the client should read them before accepting.

Specification, quality, quantity, delivery, title, risk, payment, claims and the time limits for notifying claims are governed by the supplier's terms and not by these General Terms.

Where ACO Energies supports the client on a delivery, a document or a claim, it does so as assistance only and does not assume any obligation of the supplier.

4Onboarding before offer

No firm offer is issued until the contracting party has completed the supplier's counterparty due diligence and, where credit is requested, the supplier's credit review.

The client undertakes to provide documents that are complete, accurate, genuine and current, and to notify ACO Energies promptly of any change in its ownership, control, authorised signatories or sanctions status.

The supplier may decline to register a counterparty, and ACO Energies may decline an enquiry, in each case without giving reasons and without liability.

5Enquiries

An enquiry is not an order and creates no obligation on the client, the supplier or ACO Energies.

The person submitting an enquiry confirms that the contracting party is the owner, charterer or operator of the vessel, or a manager or agent acting on that party's written authority, that it controls the bunker decision for the vessel, and that the person has authority to submit the enquiry.

The client is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the vessel, port, timing, grade, quantity and company information it provides.

6Information and tools on this website

Market prices, news, the regional brief, the map, the grade finder, the saving calculator and the onboarding checklist are general information prepared from published sources and from figures the client enters itself. They may be incomplete, delayed or out of date.

They are not an offer, a quotation, a recommendation or technical, legal, insurance or commercial advice, and ACO Energies gives no warranty, express or implied, as to their accuracy, completeness or fitness for any purpose.

The client remains solely responsible for its own decisions, including grade selection, sulphur compliance, routing, timing, security and insurance, and should confirm them with its technical manager, insurers and advisers.

7Fees and payments

ACO Energies is remunerated by the supplier under a separate agreement. It charges the client nothing and adds nothing to the supplier's price.

ACO Energies never requests, receives or holds payment for fuel. All payments are made by the contracting party directly to the supplier, against the supplier's invoice and to the supplier's bank account.

Any request to pay for fuel to ACO Energies, or to an account other than the supplier's, is not genuine and should be reported to the Marine Bunkering Desk at once. ACO Energies is not liable for any payment made in response to such a request.

8Anti bribery and corruption

ACO Energies does not tolerate bribery or corruption in any form. Neither ACO Energies nor the client will offer, promise, give, request or accept any bribe, kickback, facilitation payment or other improper advantage, directly or through a third party, to or from any person in the public or the private sector, in connection with an enquiry or a supply.

Each party will comply with all anti bribery and anti corruption laws that apply to it, including, where they apply, the United Kingdom Bribery Act 2010 and the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

Gifts and hospitality are acceptable only where they are modest, transparent and lawful, and create no obligation. No part of the remuneration of ACO Energies is paid to, or shared with, any employee, officer or representative of the client or of any public body.

9Sanctions and trade controls

The client confirms that neither the contracting party, nor its owners or controllers, nor the vessel, its registered owner, operator or manager, is the target of sanctions or restrictive measures of the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United States, or of any other sanctions that apply to the supply.

The client confirms that the fuel is not intended for the benefit of a sanctioned party or for a voyage or trade that applicable sanctions prohibit.

ACO Energies screens every counterparty and vessel before nomination. It may suspend or withdraw from an enquiry at any time, without liability, where it or the supplier identifies a sanctions concern. The client will notify ACO Energies at once of any change that affects these confirmations.

10Anti money laundering

The client confirms that the funds used to pay for fuel are of lawful origin and that payment will be made from a bank account held in the name of the contracting party.

ACO Energies does not handle cash and takes no part in the movement of funds between the client and the supplier.

The client will provide on request the information reasonably needed to identify the contracting party, its beneficial owners and the source of its funds. ACO Energies and the supplier may make any report that the law requires of them.

11Fair dealing and conflicts of interest

ACO Energies discloses that it is remunerated by the supplier and by nobody else in respect of a supply.

ACO Energies deals only with the party that controls the bunker decision, or with one disclosed introducer acting for that party. It does not pass enquiries into a chain of resellers.

Any conflict of interest that arises on an account is disclosed to the parties affected.

12Confidentiality and personal data

ACO Energies treats fleet data, trading patterns, volumes, prices and onboarding documents as confidential. It discloses them only to the physical supplier and to the supplier's compliance and credit functions for the purpose of the enquiry, or where the law requires.

The client keeps confidential the identity of the supplier, the terms offered and all commercial information received through ACO Energies.

Personal data contained in enquiries and onboarding documents is used only for handling the enquiry and for counterparty due diligence, is handled in accordance with the data protection law that applies, and is kept no longer than that purpose requires.

13Non circumvention

For twelve months from the date of an introduction, the client will not, directly or through another broker or trader, take steps intended to remove ACO Energies from an account it has introduced or to deprive it of its remuneration on that account.

This clause does not apply where the client can show that it held an active account with the supplier before the introduction.

14Exclusion and limitation of liability

ACO Energies is not liable for: the acts, omissions, performance, non performance or solvency of the supplier or any other third party; the quality, quantity, specification or timing of any delivery; availability at any port; movements in price; delay, deviation, off hire, demurrage or port costs; security incidents, piracy, hostilities, weather, port or canal closures, or government or sanctions action; or any loss caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the client.

To the fullest extent the law permits, the total aggregate liability of ACO Energies arising from or in connection with this website, an enquiry, an introduction or these terms, whether in contract or otherwise, is limited to the remuneration ACO Energies has actually received from the supplier on the stem concerned.

ACO Energies is in no case liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, charter or opportunity, or for any indirect, special or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the applicable law, including liability for fraud or gross fault.

15Indemnity

The client shall indemnify ACO Energies, its directors and officers against all claims, losses, damages, fines, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from: any breach of these terms by the client; any inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or forged information or document supplied by the client; any breach by the client of sanctions, anti bribery or anti money laundering laws; and any dispute between the client and the supplier or any third party concerning a supply.

16Force majeure

ACO Energies is not liable for any failure or delay in performing any of its undertakings caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including war, hostilities, terrorism, piracy, attacks on shipping, the closure or restriction of any canal, strait or port, sanctions or other government action, strikes, epidemics, severe weather, and failures of communication or information systems.

17Governing law and disputes

These General Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Disputes concerning the fuel or its delivery are between the contracting party and the supplier and are resolved under the supplier's terms of sale.

18General

Acceptance of these terms is recorded in the enquiry, together with its reference, date and time, and that record is evidence of acceptance. The edition of these terms in force on the date of an enquiry applies to that enquiry.

Where these terms and the supplier's terms of sale both apply, the supplier's terms govern the supply and these terms govern the relationship with ACO Energies.

If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply, and the provision concerned applies to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship. Where these terms are translated, the English text prevails.

The code of business conduct and the health, safety and environment policy of ACO Energies are available to counterparties on request.
